I've been coming to this place for about 9 years, but after two incidents I've had with them I'll be searching for a new optometrist's office. There seems to constantly be a loss of effective communication with these people. My main reason for coming into their office recently was to get new glasses and to see if it was possible to get a sample of some new daily contacts to try. I had thought they would just use my current contact prescription because it isn't an old prescription(still current), however they did not let me know that they would have to run another exam for contacts and they of course didn't let me know that it would cost extra. It had been a long time since I got an exam for glasses, so I thought my whole exam was just for the glasses. If they would have notified me that I would have to pay for another exam for the sample of contacts, I wouldn't be writing this review. However since I am writing this review, I'll also note that some of their secretaries are very rude and filled with attitude.
