Let me just say, I love macaroons, like I could serious power through twenty and want some more. Clearly I have self control issues but that's not the point. I'm trying to paint a picture and get you to understand how high the bar is set for macaroons and why I was so disappointed with these. They were so small, over priced and not killing it in the flavor department. Don't get me wrong, they weren't bad they just weren't very good. They were okay, the shop is super cute and the lady with the French accent is a nice touch, just not nice enough for me to go back and spend 15 to 20 dollars. They are located in a very nice shopping plaza, right outside of the movie theater, maybe if I'm in the area and I'm craving a salted Carmel macaroon, I'll stop in and buy ONE. that's all.
