Hallelujah a bar that has Pimms! If anyone doesn't know what Pimm's is, it's a fruity tasting liqueur from England that is 25% alcohol content. This is the first bar in Cleveland that I have seen it on the menu. The only other place I know of where you can purchase this, is from a liquor store called Binny's in Chicago.
So we went here Saturday night to celebrate our friends birthday. I was so excited to come here because I LOVE ciders and had this place bookmarked on Yelp for a while now. Hard cider is usually my drink of choice, so a bar dedicated to cider is my kinda place! I tried two different ciders, both were great. Next time I come I'm going to do a cider flight so I can eventually try them all! The highlight of the night though was the Pimm's Chalice cocktails. O.M.G this was sooooo goooood! I loved the addition of the fresh rosemary too, it gave it such a wonderful fall flavor I could have drank these all night long. My friend Ali had two because she couldn't get enough! Be careful though this drink can sneak up on you! Even though it's 25% it does not taste like alcohol whatsoever, so it's very easy to down a few of these in no time!
I can't wait to come back here and try more of the ciders, gins and scotch eggs! Even though this place is further from my apartment then I like, it's so good I'm willing to travel any time!
