I took in two of my vacuums after they lost suction. I was nervous that the repairs would be costly, but they technician saw that they were covered under warranty. The two gentlemen who helped me were able to fix both of my vacuums within an hour or so, and they were both friendly and professional. They were also honest that one of my machines would need a tune up sooner rather than later but that they were able to get me going for now. Iwould definitely come back and have them work on my machines again. Thank you!
Update: I used my vacuum, and it works like new!
