Took my 5 series lease into BMW Cleveland for its free servicing. They were able to get me in quickly and provide a 3 series loaner vehicle which was a disappointment since you would think you would receive a loaner of equal or greater value to what you're already driving. The welcome center is very small and not very nice. I know you're only dropping off a car for servicing but this is BMW not Honda (BTW Classic Honda's waiting area is way nicer!). Finally picked up my car with bird droppings all over and the car wash was not working. All In all, average service, average welcome service without the attention to detail you would expect from a top notch luxury car dealership.
