I was really excited to come here, especially because they have guac!!! I've heard many positive things about the restaurant so I decided to give it a try. We were greeted by a friendly host and sat in a booth as requested. It wasn't too busy so I expected things to go smoothly, but I was wrong. Server came to get our drink order and they came fast but from there on everything went down hill. We ordered guacamole and it took about 15 mins before the server came and made it table side. After that we put in our entree order and that took about 40 minutes. By the time our food came we were full from the chips, guac, salsa, and beans but we still managed to share my chicken sopitos (they were soooooo good). Unfortunately because the food took so long we weren't able to eat our torta. I asked for the manager because we were unhappy with how our experience had gone so far. He apologized but it didn't seem sincere, he was actually making excuses of why it took so long(a torta does NOT take 40 minutes to make). I mean, I've worked in the restaurant industry and if someone's food ever took long I would apologize and find a way to make it better(no we weren't fishing for free food, we paid for what we consumed). All in all the food was good but it took way too long, not sure I'll be back.
