Be warned that if a mistake is made by the staff it will not matter. The client must pay for admitted mistakes made by the staff. I was really disappointed by the customer service and will not be returning for future services as plenty of other choices out there that have a better run office. It is too bad because I really liked the technician that I was using. I am sure she won't have trouble finding another job when this place goes under as I am sure it will because there are other spas offering the same services with a better run front office. I have also taken the time to report the questionably run business to the better business bureau. I think Dr. Kim needs to have an office meeting and get everyone on the same page. You can't run a business without clients!
