I came into this shop hoping to get my car repaired after unfortunate three car accident. I did not realize I would be speaking/working with the owner of the shop directly the moment I walked into the shop. I was hopeful that I would be able to walk into repair shop and receive same day service. I was greeted by the owner - Addison whom walked me outside to my car immediately and inspected the damages. I handled him my 3rd party estimate and the rest was off my plate literally. I left my car there same day for immediate start on repair but by the time I completed the paperwork the rental car company was there to pick me up! Talk about service! I was floored! I grabbed my stuff from my car that I would need for the next few days and now I am in rental car headed to my next appointment.
Addison(shop owner) followed up me with multiple times to give me progress report on my car and any supplements going through the other insurance company. I always knew what was happening.
I am picking up my car as expected and again Addison will take of getting the rental car back to company. I can not believe how seamless the process was to work with this amazing small business owner!
I will come back to him again and again! Plus tell all my friends about this small gem in Tempe that provides such wide array of services.
