This review is due to my experience waxing, not threading. I have always had a great experience with my eyebrows every time I've gone there. Yesterday was no different. This review is based on my waxing. I usually wax my chin at home, but decided to give them a try (threading my chin breaks me out). It started out ok, but quickly turned very painful and she was so rough. She must have waxed over the some areas four times as rough as she could. I would have said something, but my skin hadn't reacted to it yet. 2 hours later, I get home and the area around my lower lip is bright red and raw. You could even see where she had waxed away some layers of my lower lip. Never again. Someone that cares and was professionally trained would have never made these mistakes. Now it's been 24 hours and it's even worse. I hope I don't have scars from this.
