Came in yesterday to order tires. Set up an 11:15 apt time because tires were supposed to arrive at 9:00. On my way to discount I get a call that they misplaced two tires and it will be another two hours... At 11:10. Head home, get a call that they're at the store and it should be about 45 min to install. Get there 20 min later to hear that it will be 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes... TWO HOURS later and they JUST brought the car in to take the old tires off. I had to "wait in line" because it was busy even though it was THEIR fault I couldn't get in for the appointment I had. Not happy. The only reason they get three stars instead of one is because they were so much cheaper than the dealership... I guess I'm getting (service-wise) what I paid for.
