Ordered over 1,000.00 worth of ceiling fans. No word for three months. The sales rep contacts me and says they really can't deliver what was promised. She got me to compromise. Calls back later to say they can't deliver that either. I said forget the exchange. She says she can work out the refund on my card I used. I said I don't have that card anymore. She said she has to "contact corporate office to see if that is O.K.." That was a month ago. Now I am going to have to take an afternoon off to go back to the store to beg? Or go to small claims court? Already wasted four months waiting and three hours in the store with our designer. Nothing but a hassle and wasted time and set backs over two ceiling fans. Not the place for me to be doing business with.
