After the positive reviews online on Yelp, I can only say that i was incredibly disappointed with the ethics, communication, service, and professionalism of this company - Capstone Realty Professionals. I dealt with Evan Kopulos, who was rude and dismissive. She was unresponsive to correspondence and unethical in her approach to client service. For example, she ignored the specific terms of a lease contract at my expense to retain another client. She misrepresented telephone conversations we had in subsequent emails. Her boss Ed Drummond was unresponsive to my attempts to escalate my concerns regarding Evan Kopulos' personal breach of my contractual agreement. Dealing with Capstone has been a nightmare for me.
Lauren C is correct that I have personal issues with her and Capstone. They are breaching my lease by attempting ex post facto changes to it. Ed and Evan have refused to communicate professionally re: same. Evan hung up the phone on me mid-sentence first thing this morning.
