Easily the worst "service" I've ever had in a fast food place. Came in and waited close to 15 minutes for someone to come up to the counter and take my order, even though there were people milling around the back all over the place. While my kids were playing, I ordered an additional medium fries, then waited OVER 15 minutes only to simply walk up to the counter and ask for a refund. The "manager" not only didn't apologize for the service or asked me what was wrong, he didn't even look me in the face as he gave me a refund. Even at a McDonald's, I didn't expect this much incompetence.
