So far every time I've used AAA roadside assistance I have had to wait such an unreasonable amount of time to get help. The first instance was when my alternator went out on my jeep right outside of Sky Harbor. Made me and my GF wait 3-3 1/2 hours to get towed back to my place. The second instance is when I had a flat tire. I called to have them switch the tire out with my spare and they told me it'd be between 2 and 3 hours before they get to me. This is absolutely absurd! I understand that some things may be lagging behind but 3 hours each time i request EMERGENCY roadside assistance....? Thank God Im not dying... Also Im a 5 year member (gold card), and I dont feel like that means anything to them especially with how unresponsive they are to roadside assistance. Supposedly there was an outage, but how does that affect them getting to me. I gave them my info and location so all you need is a person to come help me. I know the outage doesnt affect their GPS's, so how hard is it to send a person to me in a truck to come help so I can get on with my day.
