The menu makes it looks like the tortilla plates contain the kitchen sink. They do, but it all works together and is AMAZING. I had the carnitas and the skirt steak and I had some tears when I tried them- last time that happened was Cochon Butcher in NOLA. Perfectly cooked and seasoned meat and all the toppings played so well together. The duckfat charro was also smoky, rich, soupy, and delicious.
