Complaint Description:
I signed up for a year with your talent agency. NO meaningful work was awarded after you charge a yearly fee. I was fine with this because I went with another agency and I notified Actor's Den in an email. Clearly Creative Talent made me give them a void cheque indicating that this will be used in case I retained any work. They did not verbally indicate that the partner company Actor's Den will be using this void cheque to access my bank account and withdraw a monthly fee nor did you discuss proper way to cancel the contract.
My Desired Resolution:
I am looking for the company to notify all of their talent when they sign up how to cancel out and properly discuss what the void cheque actually means and I'd like an apology letter.
