The owner of the business responded to my last review. I literally laughed out loud, he obviously doesn't even know who I am? He said I lived 5 min away from the business, nope I live in North Scottsdale, always have. He said my trade in had been in two accidents, again another lie. He said I contacted him 6 months after to talk about repairs, more lies, it was a month. And I had taken the car to Mercedes to be checked out. He agreed to fix the power steering but not the rest of the costly repairs. And no one can bald tires in 6 months unless those tires where already used or like Mercedes said the car had major issues. I have been contacted by several people with similar complaints about the owner. He has a hot temper and will swear at you like a sailor. Bottom line I don't see him in business much longer. You can only fool and swindle honest people for so long until the gig is up.
