I haven't gone to Arizona Mills in months, so I was surprised to see a boba joint open up. Let alone one that knocks it out of the park! You got your menu broken down in your standard spectrum - teas, fruit teas, blends, even carbonated drinks. I was feeling more of a classy milk tea - opted for Ice age, a green milk tea with vanilla and honey longan. Surprisingly the two worked really well together, and the drink was not overly sweet. As for the pearls themselves, they were light and easy to chew, plus a hint of sweetness from being cooked down in honey. I've only had one drink here, but between the bright decor, ample seating, and a pretty solid menu, Fat Straw offers many positives to the boba tea scene in AZ.
