The worst condo management company out there. Their after-hours staff are completely uninformed about how to actually solve emergency problems including who to contact when the door/access system breaks and won't let anyone into the apartment. They are slow to act, and when the elevator I was in had the cable break and it fell a number of stories, the person who answered made me repeat my name and contact info about three times instead of getting help. Consistently their management is subpar, and particular in emergencies when they are needed it's obvious they have no idea what they're doing.
I highly recommend anyone looking for a condo management company look elsewhere, and that those under its management reconsider their options.
