So one of our office manager's ordered from Friends Catering for our monthly staff meeting on 7/20/17. The driver was in a fender bender and showed up 45 mins late. As soon as she arrived she was in a very bad mood and had the worst attitude I've ever seen from a "professional" company. The driver seemed to have snapped as soon as the manager asked her a question about the food and started going off on her. Considering that the food ordered was refrigerated goods she asked about temperature because it was out in the open the entire time since leaving her place of business and getting involved in a car accident. The driver aggressively stated that if we didn't want the food then there's plenty of other people who would want it. That's very concerning since that food could have gone bad. The health department will also be getting a review soon about this business. Needless to say that we will NEVER use this catering business again.
