So I was beyond excited to try this Pizza, my friend and another foodie, swore by the pizza. Unfortunately I must of visited on an off day. I ordered the 1/2 wiseguy and the other 1/2 biancoverde. I did not care at all for the biancoverde, very bitter parmesan and the flavors just didn't mesh for me. The wiseguy was really flavorful, the sausage and carmelized onions blended really well. The problem for the 2 star revue, the crust was BURNT!!! FOR ME IF YOU CHARCOAL THE CRUST YOU KILL THE FLAVOR OF THE PIZZA. All you taste is the burnt flavor of dough. I did address this issue with my server, her reply" because it is woodfire oven that is how the pizza comes out, if you are use to a brick oven the flavor will be different" . Ok just for the record I have had pizza from all over, cooked in various ovens. It is not supposed to be burnt, no matter what oven you cook it in. Funny thing was the couple next to me got a pizza and guess what ?? It wasn't burnt, crazy thing came out of the same oven!!!! So for the lack of customer service and the burnt crust it is a 2 for me. Especially for the price you would expect a great pizza!!!!
