This is the worst airline I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They cancelled our flight and I have been on hold with them for over two hours whilst attempting to have them convert us to a different airline.
I am required to be in Kansas tomorrow for business. They dropped us on our backsides without giving a reason (and with virtually no notice).
Book elsewhere. This airline is useless. I will be filing complaints against them through every appropriate channel there is.
