I would NOT recommend going to this repair shop. They are ridiculously over priced- even for Mercedes. I will say that they offered a great price for the first service I had performed with them over a year ago, which is why I came back. But my more recent visits have been outrageously expensive, costing just as much, if not more than the dealership. I recently had to replace my AC compressor and I was quoted $1100 for the part ALONE. I researched the cost of the part and called a couple of other shops and discovered that the part averaged about $500 and the cost including the part and the labor would be $1000 MAX! I actually received an email from them while I was calling around that they could get the part for $825 or so...which was still unreasonable. I told Paul- the mechanic (and the shop owner I believe) that his price was unreasonable and he proceeded to tell me he needed to make a profit on the part...(isn't that what the labor cost is for?). After I made it clear I wasn't paying that much he sent me a message shortly thereafter saying he found a part for $550.... I really did not have the time to take the car elsewhere so I had him repair it. Ironically during the service another part "mysteriously" breaks and we had no choice but to fix it which cost almost $300. And on top of all of that the mechanic Paul was kind of a jerk when I picked up my car. Needless to say my experience was not pleasant, nor have my previous experiences. Based on my last experience I will NEVER return to this shop again. If you do choose to go to this place be weary of being over charged.
