I purchased a new HVAC system from these guys last year which included a few maintenance/service visits. They have been hounding me since November to make an appointment to inspect my unit for the winter. "You've already paid for it so please let's make an appointment". Fine, I schedule for January 23, 2013, 4-8 p.m. No one shows up. I call the next morning and Ashley tells me that someone knocked at my door at 5:34 p.m. and no one answered. Bullsh!t I say, I was 10 feet from the door the whole time and if anyone knocked, the dogs would've barked. "Let's reschedule" says Ashley. We reschedule for February 2, 2013 for a 9-12 visit. I wait and wait, no one shows up. At 10 mins to Noon, I call and speak to Tim who puts me on hold for a few minutes then tells me that they will need to reschedule. I am furious at this time because I have arranged me schedule to accomodate these yahoos twice and they continue to stand me up. I guess since these visits are already paid for, since they already got their money, they can get away with treating customers this way. Don't trust this company folks. Now I have to see if I can get reimbursed for the pre-paid service visits that I can't seem to collect on.
