I heard about JMar from Yelp. I read the reviews and liked what I heard about this company. I contacted Marlene, and what a nice women she is. Very welcoming and delightful. She sent Karl to meet me and do the measurements. He is a very nice guy with impressive experience and references attesting to his outstanding reputation. I have dealt with so many people during the process of bulging my new house, I have never met someone u can trust from the get go.
He sat down with me, my wife and kids and explained the whole process. He gave me a price that is reasonable and fair. I have 2 quotes before from 2 diff contractors..so i had a rough idea how much to expect. More, importantly, I get a call last night from Marlene to set up installation for today. Ken and his partner show ed up this morning and in few hours every thing was done. They were so professional and courteous. They cleaned after they finished and answere all my silly questions with impressive kindness and humility.
