I could write a long, long, long story about my horrible experience with this company, but who wants to read all that? Just know that the job started in July and didn't finish until January. They made promises to do work that was physically impossible. They broke items in the household while accessing the attic. They make "appointments," but show up hours early, hours late, or not at all. They don't return phone calls. They have a "customer service" crew whose main job is to stiff arm you and keep you from talking with anyone who is in authority. Much of their crew is inexperienced (although two little cuties told me, "We went to air conditioning school." Haha.) Their own employees bad mouth them. Enough said.
