Yesterday morning I woke up to some horrible news...A pipe burst in my short term rental property flooding the bathroom and to make matters worst I had angry guests and I was in a completely different state. I called Restoration Plumbing and I chatted with Joe (the owner) who got his technician Jason out there immediately a long with the other Blane. Blane was very understanding and respectful to my tenants and knowing the bind I was in (especially since new guests were scheduled for the next day) he immediately got his team out there and started working on the issue and worked ALL through the night to get new pipes in there, the water working and even fixed the drywall where they had to cut into the wall. I was thinking I was going to have to retexturize and paint it myself, but nope they even did that! You can't even notice any work was done. Everyone I have come in contact with from this company is amazing. Including Stephanie the office manager. I will never go anywhere else!
