This company advertises and promotes through Living Social with vouchers baiting you into $49.00 for up to 1000 sq ft of tile and grout cleaning. Once they arrive, they used the steam suction and tell you that water alone won't clean your tile and grout and you need a power booster cleaning solution(soap) applied and they show you how clean it will get. Of course but here's the caveat, You can add an additional $200.00 to have them cleaned. Now that you have one tile cleaned, you almost have to do the rest and subsequently the scam has worked. Now, we had travertine floors and paid the extra $200.00. WE were told the floors would be dry in 2 hrs. After two hours we found a tremendous amount of sticky soapy residue left on the floors that even a wet mop would not pick up.Made several calls to their office which they ignored to avoid coming back out. They simply don't return your call. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE this company for services to your floors. The owner takes no responsibility for their work. Once they get your money, they're gone
