DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE DOG SALON!!!
My dog has never looked so horrible! The place is nasty!
He is a Yorkshire terrier, used to have pretty long hair around the face, not anymore.
The groomer was so nice when I checked him in, she asked several questions about the haircut, after agreeing on the style, she said will do it, and have him ready in 4 hrs. Five hours later he wasn't ready, I had to wait 30 minutes, to find that he was shaved nose to tail.when I asked what happened to the style we discussed she said couldn't remember but will make notes in the system for next time.
How rude and unprofessional. ! I'll never go back.!!!
