I rent truck U-Haul from this place, turn out somebody scratch front bumper before I rent it. I call them back and talk with Cindy, I already left from the building but still close forget to mention small scratch. I told her about it and she said going to put note on it, she don't even ask me to return, about 2 hour later I return the truck and when they check the bumper. the guy check the car make a big deal of little scratch and I tell him that I called Cindy and explain about, He speak loud and not professional. He said he going to report to U-haul HQ, and Cindy avoiding me hiding smoking outside.
I ask him to see the video tape, he refuse...my whole experience really not pleasant.
even thought U-haul didn't charge me. I will not come back to have any business in this place.
