My Repair Consultant, Adi Heric and his support staff Sherrie Haake went to bat for me negotiating the extent of repair. They took extra steps to make sure the damage of my 535 BMW was thoroughly inspected and evaluated. No rock unturned and my vehicle went through several quality control checks prior to releasing it back to me.
