I used this maid service for the first time yesterday, Nov. 12 '12. It will be the last time. Found their ad in the 89141 Magazine. Lots of false advertising in that ad. What I did get out of my $160 is an OK job on the shower doors and the floors vacuumed. The ad states windows cleaned!!!!!!! When I called to complain today I was told that was a 'free' service given only if they had time. That's not what it says in the ad. Not much else got done besides the floors vacuumed and the counter tops cleaned pretty good. No jams or mop boards cleaned nor the fan hood over the cook top. This was suppose to be a Holiday Deep Cleaning. Think I missed something.
