Delysees is a Sugar Addicts Heaven. As soon as you walk in you are hit with the sights of the colorful exquisite pastry creations. I wanted to bring home one of each thing to try but that will have to wait I guess. I was on a food tour so I was only able to try the freshly made buttery flaky croissants. Probably the best croissants I have ever had in Toronto. The bakery is run by a French baker who likes to hire French trained bakers.
There is a huge selection of Macarons, chocolates, tarts, eclairs, croissants and cakes and more. If you need to bring something impressive for dessert to a dinner party then this is the place to go to get it. If it was in my neighbourhood I would probably be there weekly. It's probably good that it's at the other end of town because I don't think my wallet or waist could take it.
