This place was one of the single most worst experiences Ive ever had at a hotel. First of all there were people hanging out in the parking lot which felt very unsafe ...the blonde lady working the front desk would not go out of her way to help at all and after driving all day I was not given a room even though I had made a reservation in advanced and drove an extra hour and a half to get there. I had no other options except to drive 5 hours back home after checking multiple hotels in the area to find they were all sold out. I'd only been to Vegas one other time in my life and it was brief and just to see a show but after going through what I went through because the employee at the front desk couldn't be bothered ,Vegas has lost all appeal to me. My children and I were turned away with no place to go for the night because she was too lazy to handle the situation properly and admit she was wrong, therefore creating a very unsafe and scary situation for us all ....
This is the second complaint I've ever took the time to make in my life but felt it was worth mentioning because of the problems it caused..I don't recommend booking on line or in advanced in fact I don't recommend booking at all... go somewhere nice and safe with staff that care and are helpful!!!
