This is an update to my initial review which is below.
The services at the Lakeshore Clinic are great as per my initial review below - the only problem, is that it is very hard to get in through their phone to book for an appointment which is why they get 4 stars now instead of 5. Sometimes calls are not returned when you leave a message and you have to call MULTIPLE times and hope they pick up the phone.
"I have been attending to this clinic for the past three months with numerous visits to the family doctor to treat several ailments. Doctor Harvey - which now became my family doctor - is amazing at what he does and probably one of the best doctors i have ever seen.
Due to an accident, I had to undergo physiotherapy (at another place) - which was okay, however, I really felt that my muscles still felt tight and in pain when I put too much pressure on them.
Since I had already been visiting Dr. Harvey at this clinic, I ended up giving Lesley (the physiotherapist) a try. After 7 sessions or so, my muscles fully recovered - as opposed to my previous physiotherapist, where they did not fully took enough care to address my issues. Her technique, methodology (e.g. ultrasound or K-taping) and care were above and beyond.
Lesley was also extremely informative and provided recommendations on home exercises that would focus on expediting the healing time.
The clinic has an underground parking as it is located at a condominium building and there is lots of parking up the road too. The clinic itself is very modern and extremely clean - they also have other in-house services as Pharmacy, Chiropractor, etc. - unfortunately, I have not had the chance to try any of these, but I am sure they are good based on the good quality of staff they have around"
