I do not think that it possible to have better customer service, other restaurants should come and study the business model. The fact all the burgers are so customizable is great, I have never had a bad meal at the Ballantyne store. The only thing is that I wish they would expand the dessert menu, though the options are good I love a decadent chocolate dessert. Please make this a place to go to. Oh, I forgot to mention the beer selection is worth a visit as well.
