I have stayed at several hotels in Vegas, including Aria, Mirage, Paris, Encore, Excalibur and MGM Grand and this is by far one of the absolute best places to stay. Only Aria beats this place due to the sheer size of the corner suite I had there. Otherwise, THEhotel wins on all other fronts! First, check in at 10:30am on a Sunday took 3 minutes, and not only did they let us get into a room early, we got a corner suite upgrade (a $40/night value) for free without us even asking. That experience in it of itself warrants the 5 stars right there. I have never checked into a Vegas hotel that took less than 30 minutes and NEVER have I been able to check in early, especially on a Sunday, the busiest check out day of the week. The room was very spacious and clean and full of the amenities you'd expect of a more upscale hotel in Vegas (bathrobes, large shower and bath, extra half bath, two big flat screen tvs, etc). Plus the view we had was to die for - we could see all the way down the strip...amazing! I liked that the hotel is a bit detached from all the Vegas craziness and you don't have to walk through a smokey casino to get to your room (a big plus!). Free wifi in the room solidified the deal. My husband and I will definitely return to THEhotel soon!
