Not only is this the worse health care provider in AZ, my premiums in 4 years have nearly doubled and I'm a very healthy person! I now pay nearly $900 a month for me and my two boys. in 2008 I was paying $450.
Then god forbid if you need to call them! Wait times are 40+ minutes...only to be transferred to another rep and in the process being disconnected! How frustrating is that!
The S.V.P. and V.P. of Customer service needs to be fired immediately!
