If I can give them negative star I will. The property is at a great location. However, after you move in, you will NEVER ever see anyone again. The toilet seat was broken for 10 months and I ended up fixing it myself. Everytime you call the staff is out to lunch or showing, and after a voicemail they never call back. By contract, 40 days before end of lease they need to send tenant a renew lease for 1 year. Nothing was sent until a week before the contract ended I received an email "So we want to confirm you are moving out this month?". I quoted. When I move out, even the walkthrough was ok, they deducted $105 for 4 hours of cleaning (that's highly paid cleaning there) and $52 for wall painting, which was not indicated during walkthrough, written by pencils in the statement. Unprofessional, irresponsive, expensive and borderline unethical. I intend to pursue the deposit matter.
