WOW! I have been seeing Dr. Sperbeck and team for 10+ years ( I am 27 years old), I'll tell my story here: my dental insurance recently changed and I was super sad that I was no longer "in-network" with Sperbeck so I set out my adventure to find a dental office that takes SecureCare Dental, I finally found one that I thought looked promising close to home. I was told I needed a lot of dental work that included root canals, crowns and deep scaling and cleaning. I wanted a second opinion so I went back to Sperbeck who I know and trust, he saw me for a second opinion free of charge (thank you!). He gave me his honest and professional opinion. Long story short I do not have gum disease, I do not need 7 cavities filled nor do I need 2 root canals. I value and trust Dr. Sperbeck and his approach to dentistry, he is super honest, comforting, and professional. I will pay the out-of-network fees happily knowing the value of his service andddddd it isn't even that bad because my insurance will reimburse 60-80% of the cost for out-of-network docs.
I also wanted to mention my whole family goes to Dr. Sperbeck's office, mom, dad, and my 2 younger sisters. The dental hygienists are amazing!!!! I have very sensitive teeth and increased anxiety at the dentist and they will go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. Angela and Karla are two of my fav hygienists! Today when I had a cavity filled, I was able to listen to music, my chair had the vibration/massage feature, the front office manger Sharon even offered me a blanket, I mean it was above and beyond. Sharon also is very on top of it which I appreciate so much! I also have a longstanding history of TMJ and Dr. Sperbeck and Christian his AMAZING DENTAL ASSISTANT told me we can take as many breaks as necessary which calmed my nerves.
I drive from Scottsdale to get here and will happily pay the out-of-network fees. If you are looking for a dentist/ dental group that is fair, honest, respectable, professional, clean, accommodating look no further. Dr. Sperbeck and his team are AMAZING providers.
