I recently bought a Groupon for a massage here and I was extremely upset with the quality of the massage. I've had GREAT massages, OKAY massages, but the massage I received here was AWFUL. The massage therapist was very sweet, but she spent about 30 min on my arms.. and the other 30 mins on my back. After the massage, she informed me that I still have to pay $3 something for tip.. and I tried to pay with my credit card, but it wouldn't go through on their iPAD and needless to say I ended up tipping with cash where they had no change for... and I definitely tipped more than I should have. I would NOT agree with the other reviews that it was easy to make an appt.
