There is a woman by the name of Shanda that is employed here, that is the most rude, and ignorant woman I have experienced. She says she will call back, and never does, and then when you do get ahold of her, she's short on the phone with you and responds "not a problem " and slams the phone down. Saying "not a problem " is already rude enough, but to hang up abruptly is just horrible customer service. Rethink your "career" rude lady.
