Absolutely ZERO customer service at the store. I went there to pick up another cable box, simple enough task it would seem. Wasn't expecting it to be free needed another box as I purchased an additional television for the master bedroom. So after hearing about all the fabulous upgrades I could have and all the contracts I could lock myself into after 30 minutes or so I was on my way home with the cable box I went there for. Victory was mine !!! Well not really the lady at the store forgot to put the cable box on my account sooooo it wouldn't work. I took it back a couple of weeks later and after tremendous confusion was told they had it all set however they are out of cable boxes and I could drive to Fairview if I wanted one today....... The one they gave me was locked out and it took them 30 plus minutes to figure that out. I called when I got home to express my frustration and was on the phone for over an hour !!!!
