I have lived here for 8 months now and I am very pleased with Eden! The apartments are clean, modern and spacious. The kitchen appliances are all stainless steel. The laminate floors are a great addition, and have a very classy look. The outdoor amenities such as the pool and grill areas are a nice place for the residents to relax. There is an abundance of trees and plants throughout the community that are well-kept. This community is pet friendly and offers multiple dog waste stations and a dog bathing area. I have used the maintenance once, and they came quickly and fixed the issue efficiently. I find that the apartments are pretty well soundproofed, as compared to other apartments I have lived in before. I only hear my neighbors if they are doing something very loudly, such as playing very loud music. Even then, the amount of noise I hear is very faint. Otherwise I normally don't hear anything at all. The rent includes your water and trash. They also offer free pest control!
I have read the other reviews and complaints about the Cox package. This information is given to you UP FRONT. If you do not wish to use Cox and pay the extra required fees, then you should not choose this community. The Cox package is actually a good deal. I was paying $100 more for the same packages at my previous residence. So if you are a fan of Cox and will be using them as your provider anyway, definitely check this place out!
