BEWARE ! OF Marie Cutrer.
She is a very unprofessional person claiming to be a permanent makeup artist. She ruined my eye with the horrible work she did on my eyes and there is not much I can do about it. She is not concerned if you are not happy with the work she has done on your face, all she cares about is the money. She will trick you into getting additional services with the pretense of a large discount on services. My advice is to run as fast as you can away from her.. Any reputable service would do what they can to make a client happy. She was paid for the very bad job she did on my eyes but will not return the additional money I gave her for a future service.
Do not let her convince you to give her any money up front and do not leave until you check any work that she has done. Do not be deceived by her fancy website, just check if you have any recourse if she does a horrible job. I do not believe you will find one.
FYI Permanent makeup Artists in Arizona are NOT licensed and there is no one in Arizona that can protect the consumer that uses their services. Remember her job is to apply PERMANENENT makeup to your face. If she screws up, you are out of luck, just like I was. She was paid for the horrible job she did on my eyes and the only thing I requested from her is the return of a $100 deposit that I had given her for a future service. Who would use a service for a second time when the first service turned out very bad. This shows you how unprofessional she is.
