I went here on Black Friday and this place was filled with shoppers. Much to my surprise, this JCP has been condensed to one floor, and it's hectic! If you can't find the department you're looking for, just walk in a circle until you hit it. Knowing how this store was laid out before, I don't like the new set up. I'm sure they did it for budgetary reasons, but it felt very congested. Granted it was Black Friday, but even Kohl's has more shopping room. The home section bleeds right into the salon, and the salon bleeds right into the children's section. There's just a lot happening in a small amount of space. I probably won't be persuaded to come back here unless there's a really great sale or deal.
