Oh my I thought I was the ONLY one to have such a bad experience at this office. After my exam I too received a HUGE bill, nothing was covered by my insurance company, so stupid me I just paid it. But before I rec'd the bill they wanted to do bloodwork - which I had done, but once I rec'd the bill for everything I refused to return to the office. So they called me about my blood work results, I called and asked for them - they INSISTED I had to come into the office. I refused to do that because I was not giving this office one more dime - oh and the reason to go was to get my Estrogen prescription - and they only gave me 3 months work. So fast forward I receive a certified letter that I have to contact them and make an appt. to get my blood work results, so I called and created quite a stink, explaining I was NOT spending another dime there - that I would come in the office and they could hand me the results, since they REFUSED to give them to me over the phone. We went round and round, but I dug my heels in and refused to be bullied into another bill - finally they gave me my blood work results over the phone - THEY WERE NORMAL - EVERYTHING WAS FINE! So I ran out of Estrogen, asked the Pharmacy to call to see if I could get a refill (I was out of state) not only did the refuse, they told the Pharmacy that I refused to return to their office for tests... REALLY? Just because I refused to return for the blood test results - but are they really suppose to share this with a Pharmacy in another state. I WILL NEVER GO BACK - EVER!
