I went in for a complete eye exam on the recommendation of my optometrist. My appointment was Dr. Gross. I agree with what others have said. This man needs a serious attitude adjustment. He honestly acted as if I was wasting his time. Of course my dx and treatment was surgery. I ordered a copy of my medical record after I left and found his notes saying he discussed all options with me and that I chose X option. What? Nothing could be farther from the truth. I will not be going back. A person that arrogant is hiding incompetency in my opinion. So glad I came to read all the reviews.
