PLEASE..stay far away from these people. They should ABSOLUTELY NOT be in any customer service type of business. It took 4 calls to get them to even come out and do the job, that should have been my first clue. But heaven forbid you have any problem with your glass door, SIX calls later and NOTHING. Unbelieveable, absolutely nothing. So called "answering service".. is a joke. RON is very irresponsible, because was told today, he was given ALL six messages. These people need to leave the business, no wonder I was also told today that 3 people quit!
