I visited my mom in Vegas this week and we stopped by Gel Nails because of all the positive reviews. We did not have an appointment, but we got seated in 5 minutes.
I felt ripped off paying for our services. I live in San Diego and I know shops that charge half the price for better quality. My mom almost left with sticky gel nails. I touched them, told the lady that did them that she needed to wipe them off a little more. She told me to pay FIRST before she fixed my mom's nails. She also made the acrylic really thick, which really couldn't be fixed after I saw them. My mom isn't the type of person that complains, so she didn't ask the lady to fix them.
Also, one of the male workers talks about inappropriate topics. He asked the girl next to me if she got the iPhone 7 Plus because she wanted to take pictures without a shirt on... ummmm, not the type of conversation you want to have even if you are in Vegas.
